First time ever leaving a review anywhere. But I had to after this. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long long time. Maybe ever. Food was awesome. Always cooked fresh. Intelligent management. Glad to see people today still have common sense. Very high quality people working tonight. I love watching people work who are good at their jobs. That’s my s*#@!! Our country needs more people like this in any business. I’d say best restaurant staff in town. Easy 5 stars.
I came in for a DoorDash pickup and there was a man working all alone during the pacers game. He needs a raise or more people need to be hired! Yes I did have to wait a bit, but that was only because he was doing everything alone. I’m not sure of his name but he has a beard! Let me also add that it was over 90outside. Bless that man!
I just visited Donatos for lunch with my grandmother. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman that took our order was amazing! He was friendly, personable, and quick! He brought our food out to us and checked on us several times. He went above and beyond! He was a breath of fresh air compared to other lunch spots in town!
Was impressed when they forgot our breadsticks and extra sauce but came back with them without us having to call. They are always super quick for delivery.
Ordered pizza for delivery. Pizza was good and delivery as promised. That said, the one thing that could be improved would be it being hotter upon arrival. The thermal carrier didn't seem to keep it as hot as other's we've tried.
I ordered 17 pizzas for a company luncheon I was told it would take 1 hour. They actually had it completed in 40 minutes. So fast and clearly identified marked on boxes each type. They assisted me in getting the pizzas piled in my vehicle! I was thrilled!! Great tasting pizzas! Everyone was satisfied!

Small pizza shop, but pizzas are great. We had to get veggie pizza due to it being Friday during lent. It was really good. I can only imagine how good a full topping pizza would taste. Breadsticks were good, and they used a homemade marinara sauce for them. Guys making and serving were super nice. Not a lot of seating, but I think most of their stuff is delivered. Definitely would go again.
